NI2009 is hosted by the Finnish Nurses Association
The Finnish Nurses Association is an important force in the Finnish society. The Association is a professional organization for registered nurses, midwives, public health nurses and paramedics. The association’s task is to support the professional identity, expertise and occupational well-being of its members. These represent a wide spectrum of caregiving – from nursing in hospitals and health care centers, to teachers, researchers and managers. The Finnish Nurses Association operates as a collegial network uniting its members into an integrated body of professionals.
