Background
This congress follows the succesfull congresses held in London in 1982, Calgary in 1985, Dublin in 1988, Melbourne in 1991, San Antonio, Texas in 1994, Stockholm in 1997, Auckland in 2000 and Seoul in 2006.

The congress will be organized together with the IMIA-SIG-NI and the Finnish Nurses Association.
